I just wanted to give a shout out to Cody at this SB location. He is always warm and friendly when I come in to pick up my mobile order. And he has my order ready to go and ready to hand off to me before I open the door! 😊 #CallieMae
They are generally always great but it has been a long time since I have encountered a cashier anywhere as rude as the one they have. She did not say a word to us because I am assuming she was not happy to have to grind the coffee we bought or because before she even started, we wanted to change it for the more expensive one. She had the longest face and did not say one word to us once the transactions was done or as we walked away.

The location is comfortable, not too large, and stays clean. Staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm even during busy hours and rarely noisy. Freshly brewed coffee comes in a real porcelain mug and includes free self‑service non‑dairy milk (oat/almond) and half‑n‑half without extra cost. The price is cheap and the coffee is good, restoring trust for some customers. Clean bathrooms and a safe parking lot add to the positive experience. The drive‑through staff are kind on difficult days. On Red Cup Day the store handled crowds well, acting as a well‑oiled machine. Some guests noted that trash and crumbs on tables and floors were not cleaned promptly, and the iced matcha latte varied in measurements each day. Baristas are friendly, service is quick, and overall the coffee shop offers a good, clean atmosphere for writing and reading.
