Such dirty floors, obviously not swept, or mopped, in quite awhile, dirty carpets… Makes you worry about the kitchen. Ordered steel cut oatmeal, got the cold overnight oats instead. No spoon, and had to wait awhile for her return w/ one. No crisp, that is supposed to come with the order. Management sorely lacking.
