Some people just have bad days.. I guess I caught this sandwich artist on a bad day. Sarcasm and impatience not necessary. You are in the customer service industry. Try and act like it guy with a beard and mustache at the round rock location at 110 N Interstate 35 Ste 300.

I love this Jimmy John's everytime I come, but I came in today at around 2:20, and the older lady at the register gave me one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. She was incredibly rude not only to me, but also to other customers who were asking her simple requests like if they could have a receipt.
