Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both friendly and unfriendly staff. Some customers had great experiences with helpful and kind employees like Jada, who had a sweet attitude and provided amazing customer service. Rebecca was especially helpful, and managers Stephanie and Vicky were very nice. Emily, Angie, and Victoria treat customers like they are at home, watching their stuff and bringing drinks. Jackie was patient and helpful in the drive-thru, and Ashley knows exactly how to make drinks right on the first try, always waiting with a smile even near closing time. The baristas are always friendly, quick to correct orders, and take good care of customers, especially after workouts. However, one customer had a poor interaction with a woman with a centipede tattoo who did not say hello, shoved the payment method, and was rude when asked for extra honey packs. This customer felt the service was so bad they now go to Dutch Bros. The drinks, like the medicine ball and matcha, are delicious. The location stays open late until 10, making it a favorite stop before work.
