came here around 10, almost 11am (11-1) and although there was a 6 minute wait (not bad) the drinks came out perfect even when customized personally. We used the app for pick up ten minutes before our arrival and the drinks weren’t watered down at all and were ready at the window. Don’t come here in a rush and blame the workers though as it gets busy, it’s expected. We stood patiently waiting for someone to help us as the front. There were a number of people waiting for online pick up and more in the drive thru. I know they were busy, but to not even be acknowledged was a little frustrating. When I finally caught someone's eye, they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to have to take my order....man, it was really disappointing

This Dunkin is fine, but just be prepared to be patient. They're often super busy & the folks working there are trying their best. Usually, my drink comes out wrong, but it's nothing I can't live with. If you're having a bad day or you know you're not the most patient person, probably try a different place that day. :)
