A bunch of kids playing in the kitchen!I pulled off I wouldn't eat anything from here! females touching their faces and hair with no gloves, then they where jumping around stomping a pair of glasses from what I seen playing while supposed to be working!not customer friendly.

Time has definitely taken a toll on this place. The jelly munchkins were not like they used to be 1 - 2 years ago. The lattes are definitely not any better.. .I will give this spot a better review than any other sites.. cause of the jellies.

Extremely rude. The door was locked prior to the closing time and had to come through drive through twice. I asked for cafe latte and asked if they could make it extra hot and the gentleman said I don’t know what I was ordering. Ended up leaving without ordering as the experience was
Visited today (Fri Dec 22 approx 12:20 pm) - went inside - there was no one in line - (2) of the (3) employees behind the counter were leaning up against the back counter chatting away - the 3rd employee was roaming back & forth like he was lost. We got no acknowledgement whatsoever & stood there approx 3-4 min before one of the "counter leaners" came up to register - still no conversing with us - so I just started ordering (3 items total - 2 donuts & a doz donut holes) Employee stated the cost & I paid thru my Dunkin app. She then said, "it will be out in a min" so we Sat down at the table directly across from the register. She took the next customers order & when done the customer moved into dining area as well. The "looking lost" employee was making a drink & then turned around to hand it to the customer that came in behind me. I waited a few more minutes & then went to counter to inquire on my order (the female employees had returned to their leaning & chatting mode & when I asked about my order one of the female employees reached on top of display case to bring my order over.Again no explanation or apology - I took my order & left. Then when I got to the car, I noticed they did not give me the donuts I ordered.TERRIBLE customer service!!! MGMT needs to step up!!!Do want to add that the poor drive thru employee was running her tail off.

The donuts aren't even made here. They come from the same warehouse as 7-11 donuts. They never clean the stirring utensils and cross contamination everywhere from the meat and cheese to the chocolate and nuts.

This Dunkin is fine, but just be prepared to be patient. They're often super busy & the folks working there are trying their best. Usually, my drink comes out wrong, but it's nothing I can't live with. If you're having a bad day or you know you're not the most patient person, probably try a different place that day. :)

came here around 10, almost 11am (11-1) and although there was a 6 minute wait (not bad) the drinks came out perfect even when customized personally. We used the app for pick up ten minutes before our arrival and the drinks weren’t watered down at all and were ready at the window. Don’t come here in a rush and blame the workers though as it gets busy, it’s expected. Nothing but excellence and even got a compliment on our shirt as we pulled out of the lot. :) My boyfriend prefers the mocha here so he recommends it!
