Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers decent food, with varying service quality. The restaurant is generally clean and well-run, with a pleasant staff that makes customers feel welcome. The team was well-coordinated, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh and the customer service was wonderful. However, some issues have been reported, such as poor communication from workers and limited access to condiments. The lobby was closed down due to staffing shortages and they messed up an order and forgot a chicken sandwich. Overall, the experience can be quite good, depending on the crew on duty.
