Got to the drive thru at 8:30pm, thinking that this establishment closed at 9pm like others do. I waited in line for 20 minutes, no one tried to tell me they were closed through the mic or the 2 women that were outside cleaning something up; mind you they saw me in line and didn’t bother saying anything. It would’ve been nice to have been told they closed at 8:30 so I could’ve went to the other closest Starbucks.

The worst location in my area! I’ve come multiple times due to it being so close to where I live and on the way to my job, but so many times they mess up on my order and when I ask to remake it’s always a hassle. Today really drew it! I asked the girl to remake my drink because of it being to milky and she said it’s because I get sweet cream so that’s why, I told her I order this all the time so I know how it should taste and look and she flat out said no it’s suppose to be like that and I don’t know ?Yeah the last time I will ever go. Get y’all’s employees retrained!

I'll have to sift through all these reviews but shocked to see such a low rating from my favorite location. I'm actually closer to the 79/red bud but they are always out of everything, the line takes forever and my coffee never tastes the same. So almost on the daily I drive to this location. They are friendly, quick and my favorite CONSISTENT. I know my coffee will taste good and that my friends is worth em the extra 5 min to head that way for me at least. The inside is always clean, parking is easy, overall this is choice for me when it comes to the 6 Starbucks that surround my house.

I came into Randall’s to grab a few items and decided to stop by Starbucks and order a Matcha Tea Latte.Although Elija was working by himself at the time, he was very professional and personable. He did an incredible job preparing the beverage and focused on the quality of the drink. He also did a commendable job multi-tasking as other customer placed their orders. He works very efficiently, and ensures that not only are the customers taken care of, but that the beverages are delightful, and the area was very clean.Way to go Elija!

New staff ruined this place! They ruin my drink on Tuesday. Make me 20 minutes late to work…. Then? They tell me. That I can call Ahead of time so that they can remake my drink and they never answer the phone... Just to come in and see how completely dead they are standing around... Screw my remade drink I will not return to this stupid location again. They are freaking careless

Where do I start...we ordered two grande caramel macchiato's and waited about 25 min for our order, once we got our order the cups weren't filled all the way and the coffee tastes horrible like burnt coffee! Honestly won't be going back again! This is why we choose Dutch Bros we just wanted to use our gift card we got for Xmas but never again! We gave Starbucks too many chances! No more! If y'all want amazing coffee don't come here!
