“Decent location with plenty of clean tables but uncomfortable wooden chairs.
The employees did greet me when I entered, but for whatever reason, it took over 17 minutes to get my Frappuccino. 11 more minutes than the app said it should take. The drive thru was busy per the usual, but there were only a couple of us inside so no clue what took so long.
I always tip after I receive my product depending on the service, so maybe they saw there wasn’t an initial tip and said screw this guy? 🤷♂️
I will probably try a different place next time.“

“Went in for a green tea/lemonade. Venti. The cashier was very friendly(and cute) she even wrote me a nice note on the lid of my cup! That made my night. She was wearing a red apron. “Came in here to get my daughter a cake pop she took a bite and it fell. Barista saw and she gave her a new one and I didn’t even have to ask. That was above and beyond service because she really didn’t have to do that for my daughter. Very great service here!! :)“
