“What a friendly store! It’s the little things they do that make the difference. For example, my name is Kim so the barista wrote Possible on my cup. I had such a good laugh! And then I ordered hubby the wrong drink online (hot vs. iced) so they remade it for free! This is the service that needs to be replicated at all Starbucks!“

“I stopped in pretty late, and my service was excellent. It was just a really warm, welcoming atmosphere and my matcha was amazing. Samara made me a matcha, which, by the way I’m not actually a matcha lover, but it was too beautiful not to leave a review and drop the picture. It literally looked like a galaxy.“

“I really like this Starbucks. Just now I had a miscommunication with the cashier, and she thought I said "Hot Chai" instead of "Hot Chocolate". I was quite nervous to go confront them about it, as I didn't know if they would be helpful, as Baylor as a whole can be quite intimidating. I asked one of them about it when they got a tad slower, and the lady behind the counter said " I THOUGHT YOU SAID THE OTHER THING AHH." I had my correct drink with no extra charge, nor hassle, in 2 minutes. plus a funny story.Starbucks will be something I miss a lot about Baylor.“

“Drive-through, small interior area, plenty of outside seating. It's a 'drive-through' Starbucks with an interior counter; there's not a lot of reason to sit and sip at location. Good service, friendly staff. Get your pastries at the Magnolia Table Quick-Service Counter, get your coffee/tea here (Magnolia Table has great pastries, but their drinks are 'Eh').“
