“The new location is nice it’s what to be expected of a Starbucks but their service is great compared to others I’ve been to around Waco. Cecilia and her co workers were nice and her service was spot on will keep coming to this location. I’m normally a “Dutch bro”because of the service but it’s nice to sit and get equal service“

“I stopped in pretty late, and my service was excellent. It was just a really warm, welcoming atmosphere and my matcha was amazing. Samara made me a matcha, which, by the way I’m not actually a matcha lover, but it was too beautiful not to leave a review and drop the picture. It literally looked like a galaxy.“

“I went in to study today and right off the bat, Nayeli was super friendly when greeting me, and we even spoke a bit about a shared interest! When I asked for recommendations on drinks, Kevin was able to give me a generous list of drinks to choose from and helped me choose one. Staff is super kind, the atmosphere was great, and the lobby was clean. I’m not a Starbucks regular, but when I need to choose an impromptu studying session spot again, I will definitely come back here. 5⭐!“
“I really like this Starbucks. Just now I had a miscommunication with the cashier, and she thought I said "Hot Chai" instead of "Hot Chocolate". I was quite nervous to go confront them about it, as I didn't know if they would be helpful, as Baylor as a whole can be quite intimidating. I asked one of them about it when they got a tad slower, and the lady behind the counter said " I THOUGHT YOU SAID THE OTHER THING AHH." I had my correct drink with no extra charge, nor hassle, in 2 minutes. plus a funny story.Starbucks will be something I miss a lot about Baylor.“

“My daughter lives in Nampa Idaho. She placed the order with doordash locally in Waco...... It was the best Mother's Day surprise I ever received. It was delivered quickly it was delivered perfectly mixed.... She got me the blonde espresso brown sugar and soy milk it was absolutely amazing and what a great Mother's Day gift it was. The guy that delivered it was amazing..... I love Starbucks. Thanks for making my Mother's Day amazing with the help of my daughter ❤“

“I arrived in town to dang early so I came here, just as the store opened. The staff was welcoming when I came in, and my mobile order was ready shortly.
The store has a great variety of seating, cushioned and not, some with power outlets as well.
It was a great place to relax before my business meeting.“
