Starbucks Coffee Company delivers high-quality coffee and consistency across its locations. The environment is clean and welcoming, and it is a great spot for both work and conversation. Many experiences are positive, with the store running efficiently. Service can be fast, with smiles and ease, and orders are taken easily and received quickly. Some employees are honestly awesome and provide excellent customer service.
However, experiences can be a hit or miss. At times, staff may be inattentive, with employees not acknowledging customers at the counter. On occasion, staff can be rude and use a snarky tone. A recurring issue is with the cups and lids, as the lids do not stay on and will not snap on, which has been annoying customers for years. While food and drink often come quick and correct, service reliability varies. Some customers find the hassle enough to consider alternatives.
