I really like this Starbucks. Just now I had a miscommunication with the cashier, and she thought I said "Hot Chai" instead of "Hot Chocolate". I was quite nervous to go confront them about it, as I didn't know if they would be helpful, as Baylor as a whole can be quite intimidating. I asked one of them about it when they got a tad slower, and the lady behind the counter said " I THOUGHT YOU SAID THE OTHER THING AHH."
