Consistency from a chain is the bare minimum. Their food is not consistent with stand alone Starbucks stores, it’s consistently burnt and crushed into the bag. The drinks are also always burnt or just sloppy, the taste is not consistent with actual Starbucks.
A lovely coffee shop on Baylor campus.
I really like this Starbucks. Just now I had a miscommunication with the cashier, and she thought I said "Hot Chai" instead of "Hot Chocolate". I was quite nervous to go confront them about it, as I didn't know if they would be helpful, as Baylor as a whole can be quite intimidating. I asked one of them about it when they got a tad slower, and the lady behind the counter said " I THOUGHT YOU SAID THE OTHER THING AHH."
