I went by there last night and ordered a venti iced coffee, no classic, extra half and half. As I was driving down the road, almost home, I decided to take a big chug of my $4.06 cup of coffee. I had to pull over and spit it out. I got a mouth full of coffee grounds. I have pictures if anyone wants to see... This is soo unacceptable! I was NOT happy!
