Walked in to do an order and they were very rude about WE DONT TAKE ORDERS IN STORE ANYMORe & keep telling me that i have to go thru the drive thru or make an mobile order !!! Never heard or that before and its insane they are not organized at all !

Confusing experience. No in-person orders allowed, no bathroom, no indoor seating. Saw several others come and leave frustrated as well. Staff was working hard but felt very impersonal and not the typical Starbucks experience. Skip this location and try another one!

Not a fan of this drive though or mobile model. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks after ordering on app.
Order a cold brew drink and it's all mixed up with ice in it. That's not cold brew, that's iced coffee. There is a training deficit lately and with argumentative staff it's no wonder I frequent Dutch Brothers more and more.

I walked in and they told me we don't take orders for walk in only online or drive through. Very disappointed. Why you have dining area with tables and chairs if you only do orders though the app or drive through, why would I download an app just to get coffee? It's getting
