“They're great at getting my drink correct. most times I move finding a new Starbucks takes several tries and many different store shopping to find the right place to stick with. This was a smooth transition from my last love in Fort Worth. I will say the staff doesn't interact as much but I'm fine with a thank you and have a good day, especially when I'm already tired. my only complaint is that on a drink that costs $6.50 I shouldn't be missing an inch of the drink. It's not every time, but I've probably paid for 3 or more drinks I haven't received, since moving to town and today is one of them.“
“Anytime I walk into this location the workers are very kind and pleasant! Today in particular (Halloween day) the girl working the end where you pick up your drinks was very chatty and very sweet trying to keep customers engaged and in high spirits while they were waiting on orders! Excellent customer service!“
“This Starbucks is wonderful. I have always had a great experience here. The employees are so kind and have always gone above and beyond. I have read many comments on here and I have seen people be rude, cut in front of people, yell at the baristas because they think they are more important than others. The person who said they has to wait in line obviously has never been in public. The people who complain that the have to wait for their order to be finished. These people are not robots they are humans. I hope all of you people who complain learn to stop being entitled jerks and learn you are not better than anyone. If I see anyone treat them bad I will stand up for them.“
