“Once you find the place (An out of the way location) you'll be amazed. Modern, high quality ingredients, skillfully prepared. The Elk steak & the mushrooms with the pork were outstanding. Salted caramel ice cream was a delicious treat. Would return if in the area.”

“Lots of positive buzz around this place. So we Went on first time visit for family birthday celebration. The place is awesome, food is exquisite. Service was very good. Pricey meal although very impressive. Definitely will go again however this is one of those special occasion type meals. My husband n I shared the large rib eye ordered extra sides. (they charge $12 if they split portions on extra plate for you) ? this was plenty food for both of us.. Recommend you make reservations for prompt seating.”

“It’s been a long while since I’ve had such great food with outstanding service!! We ordered the friend catfish and a Po boy and it had so much flavor! The portions were perfect and the price was surprisingly low. I would give 10 stars if I could! I recommend for sure!!”

“My husband and I are new to Grandbury and he wanted to take me some where nice but casual after a day of unpacking. We found Hoffbrau and decided to try it. We have a Hoffbrau in San Antonio but it is completely different from this one. We waited less than 10 minutes to e seated, our server was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is cozy and the ambience is light. We will definitely return! My husband has the chicken fried steam with a loaded bake potato and broccoli. I had the grilled chicken, loaded baked potato and a salad. We each had drinks to enjoy with our dinner. We alsoll ordered dessert, which was also very delicious!!! Highly recommended!”

“Stumbled into this find today! They were just opening up for lunch and we were greeted warmly by what turned out to be our waitress.Good food, good service and a wonderful historic building to boot. When in Granbury make sure to stop!”

“This is a new BBQ trailer in Granbury, right off Hwy 377. The staff was very friendly and patient while I looked over their menu board prior to ordering. The trailer and surrounding area is very clean.I ordered 1/2 lb of sliced brisket, 1/4 lb smoked turkey, three pork ribs, a side of beans and a side of potato salad. The total came to right about $33.Brisket: Tender, moist, and a beautiful smoke ring.Ribs: OMG tender and delicious!Turkey: Possibly the best smoked turkey I've ever had.Beans: Undercooked and not very flavor.Potato Salad: Delicious and mustard based.BBQ Sauce: Good, but nothing special. Kinda tasted like Sweet Baby Ray's, but I'm sure it wasn't.Granbury is a BBQ wasteland and this joint is a welcome addition! We will definitely go back.”

“I was in town visiting family and we had dinner here. Food was good but rice portions are smaller than benihana and some other hibachi restaurants I go to. Also, the ginger sauce was not very tasty compared to other places.”
