“Happened into this place for the first time last weekend and had a great time! There's a nice big patio out front for when the weather is nice, a dining area by the bar if you want to sit and chat, and a sweet stage in the back room with awesome live music. Food and drink were great- made even better by the fact that every employee served me with a smile. Wish I could get service like that everywhere, but since I can't I'll be back next time I'm in town ( :”

“The restaurant is historical, the menu is fantastic with friendly helpful servers. The problem is the ownership or kitchen staff. We returned to Farinas after a few months. Their new recipe for the Margarita Pizza includes a sweet heavy balsamic reduction which they pour over the pizza. It is not listed on the menu. We spent an hour and a half having Farina’s salad and wonderful meatballs with wine and beer. When we’re leaving we ordered a Margarita Pizza to go with a few added ingredients. When it came it was overwhelming covered in a sweet balsamic sauce which we found horrible. We asked for it to be remade because the balsamic reduction was not listed on the menu. They brought the pizza back with much less toppings. We took it home, but could still taste the balsamic which we hated the sweet taste., less the added spinach and Italian sausage which we paid. They were so lazy that they could not produce a new pizza for a customer that spent $100 in the middle of a slow afternoon. Sadly, we love Farinas!!! I hate to report such poor service from the kitchen or manager at a wonderful restaurant!!! We have been customers off and on for nearly 20 years. So disappointed with the lack of respect!”

“Grumps is well known for its primo burgers, and it didn't disappoint! Good cold beer and great margis. The service was wonderful. The only issue with the Grumps in Granbury is the parking... it's rather tight as you drive in. But otherwise, 5 stars all around.”

“Decent place, they just need some flavor in their chicken salad. My chicken salad sandwich didn't have any flavor, just bland. I had to add salt and pepper. As well as the mac n cheese, add some bacon in there and some kinda green onions.

Other than flavor everything else was pretty good. A good styled restaurant.”

“This little boba place is so cute and makes such good drinks and food! It was our first time and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted so graciously. The place is so cutely decorated and is pretty open, they have kpop songs playing on the TV which is also really nice because they go through a lot of hits. We ordered brown sugar boba and oolong green milk tea boba, as well as Nutella taiyaki (たい焼き — fish cake). Everything was made so well, so delicious and made pretty speedy too! They wished us a Merry Christmas 🥹 they genuinely are so sweet and I want them to get the traction they deserve, because they TRULY deserve it!!! Please come to this boba place and eat their lovely food and drink their lovely drinks!”

“First visit here and we enjoyed it. The patio is dog friendly and heated although we sat at the far back of patio which was open, uncovered and heated by Mother Nature. It is nice to sit out there and watch the ducks, geese and such float/fly by. You can also buy duck food from the gumball machine if you want to feed the critters. You order and pick up at the counter then if ya have a hankering for fixin's on your burger stop at the condiment/veggie station and load up. I had a 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger with onion rings, onion rings were nice and crisp and they weren't stingy with the nicely cooked bacon. Others at table had Tacos Furioso, unfortunately they were a bit stingy with the chicken on this one, more like a veggie taco, veggies were good but would like to see a bit more chicken. Another had the Buffalo Chicken tacos which were good but noticably short on the yard bird here again. We also had a Bloody Mary and Margarita. The Bloody Mary is very salty, basic and good and the margaritas was pretty basic but good as well Overall good food and drink. I do have one recommendation, dog friendly space is awesome but what if you had options available for your furry companion? Water bowls for instance, doggie menu with a basic chicken breast, hamburger or hot dog. I know we would always order from that! We will come back!”

I have had juice from all around the world, and this was by far the best tasting and quality juice I’ve ever had. All wrapped up in a sweet group of people sharing their love of health. “I have been a frequent customer at Dana’s for a few years now. My wife and I love her teas and our boys love her shakes. Dana has also told me about the body scans she provides for free to her customers. I can say from experience this provides invaluable insight and motivation in your getting healthy journey. It does not solely focus on weight but provides a complete break down as you can clearly see your progress in losing fat and gaining muscle. It’s a truly supportive perk that helps you stay on track with your health goals!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chocolate Moose Cakery! They have been making my son’s birthday cakes since he was two years old, and he just turned seven. Every single year, his cakes have been absolutely amazing — beautiful, creative, and most importantly, DELICIOUS!

This year, I completely dropped the ball and forgot to order his cake in time. She was still able to put together cupcakes and cookies for his birthday, which I was already so grateful for. But when my husband went to pick everything up, she had actually made him a birthday cake too — and gave it to us for free. 🥹❤ That kind of kindness and customer service is something you just don’t forget.

She truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and her work is consistently incredible. Her cakes don’t just look amazing — they taste amazing too! I recommend her so often that now several of my friends from Fort Worth are making the drive to order their cakes from her as well.

After five years of birthday cakes, I can confidently say Chocolate Moose Cakery is the absolute best. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! ❤🎂”

“Checked this place out due to the reviews being the best in Granbury as far as Mexican food goes. Without a doubt this restaurant delivers! The service is great and the owner Polo was very hospitable. The establishment is clean and the food was incredible. I personally enjoyed the Chorizo breakfast burrito as it had a good balance of each ingredient, and Polo even hooked it up with some sample trompo tacos which were fantastic. I would highly recommend you check this place out if you find yourself hungry for some great, authentic Mexican food.”

“Food at Nares is amazing! Menudo is one of the best I have tasted. Tacos ( all of them ) are great . Tortas are loaded , tasty and delicious. Their service is the best . I have tried almost every Mexican restaurant in Granbury. No one comes close to Nares .. it stands along as the best !! If you’re looking for true Mexican food this is the place .. no need to look anywhere else .. Oh did i mention the chips and salsa?? You need to visit this place!! “Due to a loss in our family around Thanksgiving in 2024, we had purchased The Local’s Thanksgiving meal to keep the season easy. It was so good, we decided it would be our tradition going forward. It made our holiday very easy to manage this year again, giving us time back to enjoy with our out of town family as well as last minute large work projects that had to be done. Thank you to these fabulous women, their hard work & great food!”

“Let me start by saying, it's a donut shop. Nobody expects donut shops to be the best place you've ever been to eat. That being said, this shop is quite amazing. The choices available are fairly broad, they get quite a bit of business so choose when you stop in wisely as near closing they may not have as much to choose from. However I have never been let down by the quality of the food, the pastry's are outstanding. I do enjoy a pig in a blanket from time to time as well, they are rather good. The people who run the shop are really friendly and courteous as well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants donut shop style food during the hours of operations. If you are just passing through sometime and you think of getting something quick to eat. You don't get much quicker than donut shops, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't regret it!

Parking: It is a shared parking lot with a few other businesses. I have never struggled to find parking at this location!”

They don't have normal sweet tea, but they have amazing peach tea that's sweet. Oh, I will say I needed a sauce for my Philly cheese sub because I'm a saucy kind of girl, but otherwise it was delicious. I even got a brownie and that was a 10/10 for me! Soooo good! ? My coworkers enjoyed their food too. One got the same thing I did and the other got a calzone.

Kid-friendliness: I saw on the way to the restroom that they had really good high chairs that have the fabric padding and everything. I thought that was super sweet.”

This was a smooth transition from my last love in Fort Worth. I will say the staff doesn't interact as much but I'm fine with a thank you and have a good day, especially when I'm already tired. my only complaint is that on a drink that costs $6.50 I shouldn't be missing an inch of the drink. It's not every time, but I've probably paid for 3 or more drinks I haven't received, since moving to town and today is one of them.”

Decided a year ago, that mama's was the last place I'd like to eat at in town because of how terrible customer service was. Today I will say that has all changed! Was actually greeted like I belong there. Pizza chef came out and asked if I had any requests for the buffet and without hesitation made me a fresh pep and mushroom. My wife went with the Chicken Mushroom Enchiladas, and they were creamy, savory, and perfectly balanced. “We have had lunch there several times and never been disappointed. The Palio's vegetable pizza is my favorite, along with a small Greek salad---heaven! Cheesecake to finish it off. I could eat there every day. My only complaint? Parking...but parking lots in Granbury weren't thought-out very well, so I don't hold this against them. If there were stars, I would give them a solid five stars.”

“I love the ice cream and shakes. Braum’s in Granbury is one of those places you can count on for a satisfying meal and a sweet treat without breaking the bank. I’ve visited several times, and each experience has been consistently pleasant. The burgers are always freshly made, with soft buns, juicy patties, and crisp toppings. The crinkle-cut fries are a perfect companion—crispy on the outside and soft inside. They come out hot, and the portion size is generous for the price.

What really makes Braum’s stand out, though, is the ice cream. Whether you’re grabbing a cone, a sundae, or a shake, the quality is top-notch. The flavors are rich and creamy, and there’s a wide variety to choose from. I’ve tried their peppermint, chocolate almond, and strawberry—each one has been delicious.

The inside of the restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the staff is generally friendly, even when the place is busy. Speaking of which, the only downside is that it can get a little crowded, especially in the evenings or on weekends. Parking can be a bit tight too.

Overall, Braum’s in Granbury delivers great value, tasty food, and delicious ice cream. It’s not fancy, but it’s a local favorite for a reason.
