This is a new BBQ trailer in Granbury, right off Hwy 377. The staff was very friendly and patient while I looked over their menu board prior to ordering. The trailer and surrounding area is very clean.I ordered 1/2 lb of sliced brisket, 1/4 lb smoked turkey, three pork ribs, a side of beans and a side of potato salad. Wanted to like it based on the pix here...not sure what he ordered to get that much meat...mine was 4 TINY TOUGH TOUGH pieces...little dab of pot salad...almost 20 inc tip...i dont think so...yall gotta learn to tenderize...you have a goldmine thatll be a dust bowl b4 long..Sorry
