Best bbq around and by far the best etouffe ever! I recommend this eatery for lunch or dinner anytime!!
Visiting from Oklahoma. Sliced brisket sandwich delicious! Even loved the bun it was served on BUT the pinto beans were THE BOMB!!! We ate at 5 different places on our trip to Granbury and glen rose and this place was by far the best!!!
Today my husband and I went to Granbury Tx and stopped for a late lunch at Pearl Street Station. If you haven't tried it, go.
I had a sliced brisket sandwich and my husband got a sandwich with brisket, pulled pork, sausage and a rib on the side, with a bowl of pinto beans. We LOVED it! Great BBQ, tender lean brisket, melt in your mouth rib, it was a treat! And the people working there were so nice! We are definitely coming back!

Pearl Street Bbq Station is a fantastic restaurant with amazing BBQ and an awesome, super friendly, and welcoming staff. The food is consistently great, featuring fantastic brisket, fantastic smoked turkey, tender and moist pulled pork, and delicious sides. Standout items include the Coach Sandwich, a simple bologna sandwich on next-level jalapeño bread, the pinto beans, and the banana pudding. The owner is very nice and the chef takes great care of customers. Seating inside is limited, but there is a patio with plenty of shade. The experience is definitely worth the visit, making it a staple and a frequent spot for many.
