Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review
Great food and service overall You can tell they really put in the effort to make sure everything is done right!
No direction no guidance as far as the leads go and that's why this place is slow as hell every time smh

Whataburger has shown improvement over the past year, with orders being made accurately and on time. The food is usually really good and consistently good. The place appears to be nicely lit and clean. However, it smells absolutely horrendous. The drive-through service can be frustrating, with long wait times that can really throw your day off. The parking lot is horribly designed. Whataburger still offers whatawings, which are considered delicious. It is a kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible place.
