I want in there to buy some of the whatawings and almost did not order them because they were not on the menu board. Luckily for them and for me I asked if they still carried them or if they were discontinued.Fortunately for me they still did carry them. They should put them on the menu board so people know that they are still available, because they are very good!!!

After not having a burger from here for many years, they did not disappoint. The food was served hot and fresh to the table. With 6 people ordering, the orders did not get messed up. The restaurant was clean, table service was prompt, and the staff very friendly.
As usual it's great food. They were slammed after we ordered, so a little slow to get food. However the cashier made sure to follow up on our order.

I have visited this establishment multiple times. Decided to take my business inside to order takeout. No one was in line. I stood there for a few minutes. No one acknowledged I was standing there. 1 manager was counting the drawer. The store manager was present. Did not speak to me. No greeting whatsoever. After getting no help I finally decided to go through the drive thru. Sad the establishment has that many employees and I still can’t get service. That’s wasted money on the company side. Customer service is a plus for me especially when times are hard and I choose to purchase from an establishment instead of cooking. DO BETTER!
This is the second time in a week I ordered pancakes this week both times the pancakes have not been done won’t even melt the butter the new management isn’t very good the lady working drive thru seems to be on drugs or something I had to repeat my order 4 times get up to pay and she still had my order wrong what happen to the past management all new faces and this change isn’t good won’t be going back

Ya'll are clueless...The google app inquisitive absolutely nuthin but nosey...The reason i went to whataburger was to hug my son, who was hard at working and only had time for a quick hug...Wasn't hungry but the atmosphere was excellent and clean and quickly getting their lunches served excellent...

Ordered on ubereats and my order was postponed for hours then canceled. Still not refunded. Then ordered from door dash, they still took forever and my dasher has been waiting on the order forever. Dasher was nice tho.
