I love the food! Only complaint I have is my wallet was stolen and lost my caniac club card. But my app said I can have the code scanned at the register. Crew members refused said that the location doesn't do that and wouldn't give me a new card. Ended up losing rewards... They got the team leader and they said I shouldn't have lost the card. I've worked in food and retail services for awhile and I understand some customers can be hard to handle, and I try not to be one of those...read full review

Great food and good assertive customer service. Even being courteous enough to offering ketchup before the words came out of my mouth. Food was great Well done! Canes had my vote ??.

great food...wish they had mashed taters though...5 stars for taste of food...3 stars because they are becoming more like chicken thumbs than fingers..and find it reallllly weird that if you buy a gallon drink...you hafta pay for cups of ice....so overall 3 stars...Edit...latest mgr us realllllly rude....wouldnt smile if you threatened him....go get a job where youre not around people....very demoralizing to see that frown...:(
