We love going to this Chili's because of the service that we receive from the waitress it's wonderful, but sometimes the food doesn't come out as should be and she fixes for us and it's no problem.
I usually love Chili's ribeye steak but tonight's was terrible. Our waitress was great. The rest of the food was good but my steak was completely messed up it looked more like a porkchop when brought out it was gray. I ordered it rare and it was more medium not once but twice. It had no seasoning on it at all. Hopefully next time I go it will be better.

Ah, food was good. Cheese sticks are huge. But just something missing taste wise to rate a 5. Service was slow. Our waiter was also the bar tender. However there was another server bring drinks and food. Tad slow, had to wait for everyone's drink refil. Atmospher great.
