“Grumps burgers was fantastic. I actually went with students from high school (I was that one with 20 students ordering on one tab). The workers at the cashier were extremely helpful and efficient in getting our orders in, even going so far as to pull out a calculator and tally up each student's order individually so they knew if they were over or under our predetermined per student allowance.We waited for our food outside and had a fantastic time in the courtyard, shaded by the red barn at the back of the property. There is a whiffle ball field in the back, with a high fence to keep the balls in, that my students LOVED. An employee came out with about 8 little trays heaping with peanuts for the students to shell and much on while we waited for our food. It was a nice touch that they surprised us with.Our food arrived and the students dug in. I'll be honest: with a group of that size it's practically impossible to get the order perfectly right the first time. Indeed, two of our burgers were not prepared correctly and we were missing one order of fries. But that was it. We addressed it with them and they immediately corrected it, surpassing my expectations. They were very courteous with us and our large party, to the point that I will definitely be returning.Oh, and the food was fantastic. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and enjoyed every bite. The chicken was cook thoroughly and juicy, not tough, and the bun and fixings were excellent.If you visit with young ones you have to make time to play at the whiffle ball field! And even without kids you'll love the outside dining area.“
“Lots of positive buzz around this place. So we Went on first time visit for family birthday celebration. The place is awesome, food is exquisite. Service was very good. Pricey meal although very impressive. Definitely will go again however this is one of those special occasion type meals. My husband n I shared the large rib eye ordered extra sides. (they charge $12 if they split portions on extra plate for you) ? this was plenty food for both of us.. Recommend you make reservations for prompt seating.“
“Awesome little find out in rural Granbury but very well worth the trip! Mark does a phenomenal job with his daily menu of a seafood, chicken, and red meat and changes the choices daily. “Went in for the wine pairing and fare off the menu. The food was excellently prepared and served. The wine was very well matched with the various courses. I would also recommend the pork rib eye. Went in with friends and had a wonderful evening. Would recommend it for a special occasion or just for a nice evening meal. The chefs and staff are great.“
“We went to Pam's Cafe on Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was. The service was exceptional, the food was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. It's standard American breakfast fare that reminded me of the days gone by. We plan to go to breakfast there again tomorrow before we leave Granbury. It's a gem.“
“Had the tacos. They were just okay. The cole slaw on the taco is bland so I took it off and added lettuce. One of my family got the brisket taco and said they were awesome. Onion rings were pretty good. I don’t really like the self serve chips and condiments. To many hands on things.“

“The silver saddle saloon is one of our favorite places to visit. Both having a bar in the back, And the ice cream up front. It means that even when we are with our niece and nephew, we can enjoy both aspects. It's really fun to have a place to sit down in either. Be like Hey I want some ice cream, Or hey I want some beer.“

“A jewel of Granbury. The level of respect to our Veterans is touching as the walls are lined with pictures of those that have served. Often we see tables of Vets that eat together regularly. The food is great and less than the cost of fast food. Highly recommend.“
“My daughter(18) and I went here for the first time a few months ago and it has the biggest, juiciest and freshest cheese burger we’ve ever eaten. The fixings are just as fresh! The patty is bigger than the bun!! I mean they do not disappoint!! The French fries and cut fresh and served hot!! So yummy! We also got the friend pickles, which are literally a big basket of the most perfect fried pickles. Oh and the ranch, so goooood!! Food is not the only thing good about this place! The building gives the cool vibes before even walking through the front door. Inside is decorated really neat too and has a good ole boy feel. The service is excellent and they have a soda machine that has cool soda choices. Sweet tea is fresh and tasty. My daughter and I enjoyed it so much that we have made it our place to go every other week together. I can not recommend a better joint in Granbury.“
“My husband and I are new to Grandbury and he wanted to take me some where nice but casual after a day of unpacking. We found Hoffbrau and decided to try it. We have a Hoffbrau in San Antonio but it is completely different from this one. We waited less than 10 minutes to e seated, our server was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is cozy and the ambience is light. We will definitely return! My husband has the chicken fried steam with a loaded bake potato and broccoli. I had the grilled chicken, loaded baked potato and a salad. We each had drinks to enjoy with our dinner. We alsoll ordered dessert, which was also very delicious!!! Highly recommended!“
