Great food and service!!
We’ve just found this delightful place in Glen Rose! Friendly, quaint, and such a wide variety of different pastries. I especially loved the peach cobbler danish. This has become a favorite Saturday morning breakfast place!
The literal best pastries I have ever eaten in my life. This seems like an exaggeration, it is not. Bagels are 10/10, danish 15/10, monkey bread 20/10. If I lived here they would get all of my money.

BAKED Bread & Pastry Co. is a fantastic bakery and an absolute treasure in Granbury, Texas. The aroma of freshly baked sourdough breads, flaky pastries, and rich coffee welcomes you. Everything is made there, with freshness abounding in every treat, from buttery croissants and perfectly chewy homemade bagels to creative seasonal pastries and the famous champagne pop tart. The pastries and food are to die for, including items like the Avocado toast, the Baja sandwich with folded eggs, bacon, and greens, and the roast beef sandwich, which is outstanding. The cinnamon rolls are pure perfection.
The space is bright and welcoming, a cozy spot perfect for breakfast or a casual lunch. It is engaging to be able to see the kitchen staff prepping through oversized windows. The staff are always welcoming, polite, friendly, courteous, sweet, kind, and genuinely welcoming, with service that is always fast. The coffee is wonderful, hot, and comforting, and the chai tea latte is great. It’s a perfect spot for sitting and visiting with friends or family, reading a book, or watching the people. For the best selection of pastries, arrive early as they go very quickly. Great food, a great atmosphere, and warm hospitality make this bakery a must-visit.
