The baristas all know me, they know what I like and will do their best to get what I want. I'm so happy the inside is open for pick up. I don't have to wait in the drive through and my drink is fresh.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed feedback. The location is always busy with lots of people in a compact area, and there need to be more baristas tending to the droves of customers to reduce long lines. Some drinks, like Frappuccinos, hardly ever look good or taste right, possibly because they are made in haste. One order of 2 frappuccino had one totally soupy and the other barely frappish. Another drink sat for a good while, needing only a lid and to be handed off. Despite these issues, the workers are very kind and pleasant, offering excellent customer service. One worker was very chatty and very sweet trying to keep customers engaged. Long-term customers feel like more than a customer, as the staff takes time to wave and say hi. The coffee comes out perfect, and the staff does the best they can based on Starbucks recipe and rules. There is no rude person or bad service to be found.
