area is just dirty and not kept up with… i placed an order and they aren’t even busy and it’s way past pick up time. if you aren’t busy clean the tables off, sweep the floor, make sure there is straws and forks. simple.
My only complaint is the lack of staffing. Employees are phenomenal and are trying their absolute best, but there’s unnecessarily high wait times for both togo and in house service. Chipotle has the money for more people. The employees and customers deserve the extra help.
