I love coming to see, “My Shake Lady”. Christina is the most knowledgeable, caring, and fun Health Coach ever!! Her nutritional meal replacement shakes are a great and tasty alternative to eating fast food. I’ve lost 5 pounds in just a couple of weeks! It has became a favorite part of my daily routine.

i don’t even know where to start. As soon as i walked up to the counter i just said “i’ve never been here” BOOM ? the woman helping me starts giving me the facts about their menu and the smoothie comes with this tea that taste like a lemonade it’s so good❗️ the smoothie tast SO GOOD too i got banana, strawberry and asked for some pineapple. I have been coming to this place for two years now and I have been enjoying Christina’s healthy shakes and teas that are also quite the treat for me during my pregnancies and she has always enriched me with the knowledge of herbal life! She is a wonderful person and her shop is so inviting and the environment is like no other! If you are looking for a sign to try something that will be like no other come here!!
