Claudita’s Authentic Mexican Taste is a food truck in Thorp Spring with a convenient location. The food is great, with fast service and friendly people. The nachos are some of the best in Granbury. The tacos are authentic and delicious, with the barbacoa rated 9/10 and the red sauce also 9/10. The chorizo & potato sope platter is ¡Muy bueno¡ with moist rice, beans not out of a can, and sopes piled high. The fresh made salsas, Rojo and Verdes, are excellent. A dozen tamales, pork and chicken, are big with a lot of meat and really good. A nice sausage egg cheese taco and bacon egg and cheese small taco are also very good. Customers can sit outside or take food to go.
