I started working at Don melquias in the first week of November of 2025 and in my first interview I had told the manager that I would need most Saturdays off and they had said that was fine, my experience working with the manager wasn’t great. Benbrook location. First time eating here, Met Jose, really nice owner working the cash register. We ordered the cheese quesadilla, and Chimichunga. Both were excellent. My wife is picky about taste. The Chimichunga was really good and flavorful. She did say she didn't like the hot sauce tho. The queso was really good, but like many other reviews, like didn't like the chips.
