Lilian did suxh a great job waiting on my, food came fast, it was delicious and cooked perfectly lilian checked on me and refilled my coffee regularly and had a beautiful smile the whole time.
overall is a great experience I would highly recommend this restaurant if you like breakfast it may seem just one pancake expensive but I could not eat more than one in fact I could not even finish one, I was very well and very satisfied.

Great food amazing service first time here but won’t be the last highly recommend here over any other place in town

Based on the reviews, Granbury Pancake House is an awesome place and a wonderful little gem. It is a great neighborhood eatery with a great atmosphere. The staff is quick, attentive, and very nice, and the restaurant is very clean. The food is amazing. The best pancakes and french toast are served here, and the chicken fried steak is the best ever, cooked and seasoned amazingly. The waffles are great as well. While some find the prices on the pricey side, with a specific meal being a huge plate of pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, and grits, others say the food is worth it. The only downfall is the wait to get in, but the food is so good it is worth the wait. It is a bucket list place to dine and a new favorite for many.
