“This is my 2nd time going to this Starbucks location since I've moved into the Arlington area of this year. I've only gone through the drive through just to order through the Starbucks mobile app. When I went through the drive thru today, Trey I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO TREY!!!!! Trey was so kind, love the positive bubbly energy vibe that you honestly gave me a smile as I'm about to start my day. Trey definitely deserves a raise for all his hard work he's doing. I will definitely come back to this location again once a week to have Trey or any employee at this location to just give me a warm smile as I'm about to start my day. Thank you for making my day Trey! :)“

“Where do I start? This place is really great! I mean, you gotta give props to the staff because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They even recognize my order when I say "The Usual", which is a Mocha Cookie Crumble, which really makes the ordering quicker. The drinks get done in only around a minute as well! The staff is good, and if you had problems with the staff, please be nice to them and go there more than one time before giving an absolute review. And don't get me started with red cup day, which is a free cup, which I still keep to this day! The only downside is that when they are gone, they do take a long to get back, but the pros OVERWHELM the cons! You gotta try their stuff, and I truly recommend the Mocha Cookie Crumble!“

“This location nails it every time. I just moved 3 mins from another Starbucks and it has been a nightmare and as a former partner that is frustrating. I will keep driving out of my way for THIS location when I need Starbucks bc they are obviously on top of it.“

“Sebastian was awesome! I accidentally spilled my full drink (when I mean full, I mean full)on my laptop and he came over and helped clean it up and made me a new drink in record time. My laptop is probably toast but his positive attitude and humor helped lift my spirit in the early morning.“
“My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks on our morning walk.. and now we go as often as we can, thanks to Alexis! She is the true definition of a gem!! She is SOOO friendly, so sweet and happy to share a suggestion. When she’s off or busy, Ashton and Nikki are always so happy to help us as well! They are all so welcoming. The drinks are always made perfectly! And it’s really just a great start to our day.

“Love there drinks - fraps. Hate the restroom policy we're your not allowed to use it unless you buy something. Nor can u hang there or even just get water. They do not give out water unless you buy something. But the staff are amazing thats why I give 5 stars and the food is decent. Atmosphere sucks because of the new policy“
“Stopped by this Starbucks on South Cooper and had a great experience. The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The seating area and counter were well-maintained, and everything looked stocked and ready despite being a busy location.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving without making customers feel rushed. My coffee was prepared exactly as ordered and tasted great. It’s clear the team here takes pride in both the quality of the drinks and the customer experience.
One thing that stood out was how bright and inviting the store felt. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee, grabbing breakfast, or looking for a place to sit and work for a bit, this location checks all the boxes.
I’ve visited a lot of Starbucks locations over the years, and this one is definitely among the better-run stores. Great coffee, friendly service, clean environment, and a consistently cool coffee vibes.

“I came here and ordered a grande iced Chai and the new horchata frappe. They were amazing and we want to say Lauren was so sweet as soon as I arrived and when I left. She has a kind spirit despite the busyness of the afternoon. It was clean and plenty people were enjoying studying or working here.“
“I like both UTA Starbucks locations, but this one is my favorite. I like that it looks more like a full Starbucks and the staff here are nice.The negative reviewers should remember that most of the employees here are students going through the stresses of classes and working just like everyone else. I've never experienced bad customer service here. If something is wrong with my drink I'll explain what I wanted and they're great with fixing it or remaking my drink.“
“stood ten minutes while workers ignored me ....never ask if I need help are nothing..i left..Will not return to this location..July 29 at 2.49 pm..i do not advise a white person to go to this location while these 2 employees are working..it was very obvious racism was in play here. by the 2 african american girls toward me a white person......i also reported this to Uber eats so they know what's going on....i have been to many Starbucks in the area and every plce had very polite employees .....these 2 girls here need trained to respect all guest even if u dont like thier race...unless of course this owner may support that behavior..who knows“
“I tried the new energy Refresher strawberry mango , it was tasty, sweet but not too sweet. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering the bacon sausage wrap . It didn't taste like actual food the potatoes and eggs had a really weird texture. It was disgusting.“
