“My husband is a disabled Vietnam Vet and I am a disabled elderly nurse. My husband & I LOVE ❤️ the South Collins Starbucks and believe me, not all Starbucks are equal. My husband uses the drive though and staff have come to know him. Everyone is sooo friendly and the coffee is soo fresh with just the right amount of caramel in my mocha frapichio! As soon as they hear his voice, they ask if he wants his "regular." He loves all the staff and they make him feel like an important customer! We sure love our S Collins Starbucks! ❤️“
“The barista was all amazing. I usually don't go inside the store, but always use the drive thru. It felt welcoming, the barista was personable and even redid my drink because it had two shot instead of one( I forgot to ask for one) I don't usually buy a Venti. I'll definitely come back soon.Parking: It's a parking lot strictly for Starbucks partons. Lot of parking and handicap space to.“

“I scheduled a meeting at this location, not having visited here before. Starbucks Coffee and Kroger Marketplace are a perfect match for me, and that is why I drove out of my way to meet for business. I really like the ability to plug in our devices and connect to wifi. I was not disappointed with the way we were treated as we sat down to talk.The lady who took the order was very pleasant, and made sure we were happy with the order. After the meeting I looked around to notice how everything seemed neatly displayed. This Starbuck is in the same parking area as Petco, and not far from Fuzzy's Taco Shop, CVS Pharmacy. I will be back again for sure would recommend this location anytime.“
“We travel alot . This starbucks is the best . Danny B and Ariana J have the best customer service and can make any drink . I never have to go back to get a redo . And believe me I been to every starbucks between here n San Angelo and Odessa and had either bad service or bad coffee . I never have to worry going into Tom Thumb to get my coffee always a great drink and great service with a smile . Listen starbucks . “It's cozy enough to lounge about or study in this place and it's very convenient that it's attached to the bookstore. Had no trouble using my gift card here once. I really enjoy their egg bites, those are my favorites. There are plenty of places to sit inside the Starbucks itself and outside where there are umbrella equipped table sets.“

“I like both UTA Starbucks locations, but this one is my favorite. I like that it looks more like a full Starbucks and the staff here are nice.The negative reviewers should remember that most of the employees here are students going through the stresses of classes and working just like everyone else. I've never experienced bad customer service here. If something is wrong with my drink I'll explain what I wanted and they're great with fixing it or remaking my drink.“

“They are VERY busy but still get the drinks out quickly. My pink drink was perfect! Just a warning to those who don’t want to learn the hard way like I did: this is the starbucks near the ice rink. Not the one in Barnes and Noble (they don’t call themselves Starbucks, they said they are the Barnes and Noble coffee shop). I ordered online and went to the wrong location.“
“Happy Monday Loves!! I decided to try this location instead of going to Waxahachie this morning and I was not disappointed. I tried the Strawberry Lemonade instead of usuals. The customer service was on point, staff members was professional and so nice. I love the smell of fresh coffee brewing. The aroma hits you so fast. Everyone knows I am an early bird. The strawberry’s lemonade is very good and the fruit is very fresh, sweet, and the drink is so delicious with rich flavors. And the brownies. OMG!! Can you say totally awesome.“

“9/14 I stopped by and ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, and was disappointed to find out it had way too much water. I had to get back to work, so I didn't have time to sit and wait for a remake. I came back yesterday, 9/15, and told the older woman what happened. She was a little gruff but went ahead and instructed a nearby employee to remake it. It was perfect when I got it. She did say they have new employees they're training, so I'm understanding of that.. but i only gave four stars because the woman needs to work on her customer service skills a little more.“
