Today a customer in the drive through had difficulty figuring out her payment - and she had a very large order. As a result, everyone in the line behind her had to wait nearly 15 minutes on a busy Friday morning. Jennifer, the barista at the window, was exceedingly patient and then when I got to the window to get my order, quite kind and apologetic. When she comped my drink and oatmeal it made my day. Thanks, Jennifer, for making a frustrating situation better!
This is a good location for a quick coffee, good service and it’s very easy to use their drive-through…. I ordered the vanilla latte. It was excellent.
My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks on our morning walk.. and now we go as often as we can, thanks to Alexis! She is the true definition of a gem!! She is SOOO friendly, so sweet and happy to share a suggestion. When she’s off or busy, Ashton and Nikki are always so happy to help us as well! They are all so welcoming. The drinks are always made perfectly! And it’s really just a great start to our day.
