Went to Starbucks on 3/10/24 and waited about 15 minutes for my bacon Gouda sandwich. I had already finished my venti hazelnut shaken espresso by then when they finally remembered me and the girl had apologized and said that the person running oven wasn’t paying attention. My favorite Starbucks is this location, but what made me write a review for them is that they remade me a drink after misheard "mocha" instead of "matcha" which was my fault since I should said "green tea" instead. So appreciative for the baristas there!

Not sure why this store got lots of negative feedbacks but prolly not me. Everything and every single time I ordered from here either in person or UberEats never happened anything unexpectedly. This is so far the best SB store for me in this Arlington area. The drinks are always great!!
