I prefer coming to this location in the morning, every single time I have gone in the afternoon I am disappointed with the quality of drinks. Being told I’m wrong and that the drink I order on a regular basis is fine, ruined the experience for me. Why would I want to drink a cold cup of oatmilk with caramel when I order an iced caramel macchiato?

I’m Confused

Went to Starbucks on 3/10/24 and waited about 15 minutes for my bacon Gouda sandwich. I had already finished my venti hazelnut shaken espresso by then when they finally remembered me and the girl had apologized and said that the person running oven wasn’t paying attention. I then went back to this location to see if they could redeem themselves on 3/13/24 and I waited 10 minutes after it said my drink would be ready and they got my order wrong but I couldn’t say anything because I was running late to work. I feel like there could be major improvements made here

****RACISM FROM STORE MANAGER KATY RANEY***It is so sad that in 2024 a Caucasian feels like they have the right to outwardly & loudly vocalize how they feel about the hair of an African- American young man in the lobby. As I sat in one of the furthest seats away from Katy, I hear her yell out to a young man with an Afro that he needs to do something with his hair and couldn’t believe my ears.First, I pray that the young man somehow gets word of this post and reads it.Dear young man, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with your hair. Your hair grows toward the sun and is PERFECTLY designed the way God made it. Please excuse Katy’s racist comment and her ignorance in assuming “there is nothing wrong with my hair, but the same can’t be said about yours.” Wow, Katy, really?There is no way that in 2024 a melanated human being should be degraded by the comparison of Caucasian hair vs Afro hair and what’s even sadder is that any intelligent person knows that there is only ONE RACE, the HUMAN RACE; moreover, what’s the saddest is that there are people in this world who believe the biggest LIE known to mankind which is that one person is better than another simply because of the amount of melanin in their skin. It’s actually quite comical if you think about it because it makes no sense, right? Lol.
