Panda Express offers good service, with staff like Tri and Alberto delivering fast, friendly, and attentive help that makes visits enjoyable. The restaurant is known for its tasty food, especially orange chicken, which many customers find the best they’ve had, savory and delicious. Portion sizes are satisfying and generous, and the team is attentive to correcting mistakes. However, there are some issues with consistency, such as burnt fried rice or chow mein on occasion. Orders sometimes arrive missing items, like beef in the beef broccoli dish. The prices are considered high by some, as the food can be mainly rice and filler with little protein. Overall, Panda Express provides tasty meals and friendly service, but there is room for improvement in keeping quality consistent.
