This is our first time at ninja Ramen. Dan was the most amazing server. I asked Dan to show my husband how to order ramen, as he has never had it in a restaurant before. *hes white, so he’s only had maruchan* HOWEVER, upon tasting the food, being an unseasoned white man, he was shocked by the depth of flavor of the pork broth and fell in love with ninja ramen.. 10/10 will come again.
A great dinning experience every visit. I lived in Japan for over 5 years and the the food here comes closest to authentic Japanese cuisine of all the restaurants I've visited!Parking: Parking is usually readily available, but at peak hours it can be difficult to find a spot near the restaurant.

I've been to a pretty wide swath of ramen places in Japan, San Francisco, New York City, etc. Ninja Ramen in Arlington is a classic ramen joint with good options, solid quality, and very good value. It doesn't need to be niche or flashy to be great, and they don't sell themselves as that; they have great hours (new late-night hours too!), good food, nice atmosphere, and something for everyone.
