Had horrible service appetizers were cold had to ask for plates and silverware, table was sticky and they only cleaned that spot, food was ok, but when I left I zused the rest room and there was no soap...WTF, how do the employees wash they're hands. I WILL NEVER go back to this establishment.
Michael G. provided excellent service at Applebee’s! He was friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. He made sure our drinks stayed full, our food came out right, and checked on us throughout the meal without being overbearing. His positive attitude and great customer service made for a really enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend asking for Michael G. if you visit!
My family has been coming to Applebee's cooper street for a while and l cant say how happy we are when entering the facility and are met by Drew . Drew ia always pleasant, smiles , inviting and very professional. He also know the whole family by name . We have our favorite table that we sit at and he always makes sure that we get it. The food is always good and delicious. We appreciate everyone and what they do . Thank you for your service and may God bless you all .
