I had some of your sushi for the first time this evening, and oh, my gosh, my only question is, "Where have you been all my life!?" Perfect size, perfect texture, perfect taste, and the best part is, you use short-grain Japanese rice (most restaurants I've visited don't), which made it all come together perfectly.
Keep up the good work!
