“I had some of your sushi for the first time this evening, and oh, my gosh, my only question is, "Where have you been all my life!?" Perfect size, perfect texture, perfect taste, and the best part is, you use short-grain Japanese rice (most restaurants I've visited don't), which made it all come together perfectly. “We had a wonderful dinner at Soy Cowboy over the weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed—the hostess thoughtfully asked about food allergies, which immediately set a great tone for the evening.
Our server, Bronwyn, was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and offered excellent recommendations. Even while managing several tables, she never made us feel rushed and took the time to explain our options, making us feel like her top priority.
When our food arrived, the presentation was beautiful and the flavors did not disappoint. We enjoyed the rock shrimp tempura, lobster wontons, orange chicken, and soy cowboy fried rice with chicken. For cocktails, we tried the Blackberry Bramble and the Lychee Martini—both were refreshing and perfectly balanced.
Although the dessert menu looked amazing, we were far too full to indulge. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we will absolutely be back again!“
