I have been here a few times and Pokeworks has not disappointed. Everytime it has been fresh, well seasoned and a nice portion. The young lady who helped me the last 2 times I have been there gave great suggestions and recommendations. I believe her name was Yanelis. She's kind, courteous and very helpful. Give this place a shot, very good food.
I had an exceptional experience at Pokeworks, largely thanks to Channel. Her delightful and sweet demeanor made the visit enjoyable, especially for my daughter. Channel expertly guided us through the menu and process. The food was not only fresh but also delicious, making it a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

my dad and i went here on our way to a concert and after dining here, its no wonder it has a 5 star rating. the fish was fresh, the options were exceptional, but the best part was the staff! i was shocked to find out this is a chain; it has a mom and pop vibe based on the service and how the workers interacted with each other and us. they were kind, attentive, speedy, and knowledgeable. the service was a breath of fresh air and would've been considered exceptional before the pandemic....read full review
