“Yesterday was my first visit there. I got the papaya salad to go and it was Wonderful. Can't wait to try more things on the menu. I also liked the atmosphere while I was waiting. I fully recommend Simply Asia.

“We had a wonderful dinner at Soy Cowboy over the weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed—the hostess thoughtfully asked about food allergies, which immediately set a great tone for the evening.

Our server, Bronwyn, was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and offered excellent recommendations. Even while managing several tables, she never made us feel rushed and took the time to explain our options, making us feel like her top priority.

When our food arrived, the presentation was beautiful and the flavors did not disappoint. We enjoyed the rock shrimp tempura, lobster wontons, orange chicken, and soy cowboy fried rice with chicken. For cocktails, we tried the Blackberry Bramble and the Lychee Martini—both were refreshing and perfectly balanced.

Although the dessert menu looked amazing, we were far too full to indulge. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we will absolutely be back again!“

“Great Poke selection with a fun “build your own” order sheet that makes it extremely simple and easy to choose, which protein and toppings items you would like in your bowl. Parking here is a little bit of a pain, but there is a large parking garage nearby and we were able to find free parking directly behind the restaurant.

They also give free miso soup here which I thought was classy, and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the complimentary serve yourself, crispy toppings, and seasonings over near the drink station.

Nothing‘s going to beat poke in Hawaii but if you’re reading this, you’re in Texas and Hawaii is a few thousand dollars from here so let’s be thankful for what we can get. This is a solid spot.“

“Food was excellent and price was a little pricey but flavor was well worth it. Our party was of 15 or more. They did inform us we were not going to be seated together but it being last minute we were okay with it. They sat us in booths next to each other. Two different waitresses. Our waitress right away told us we could not be moving around from table to table. She was not able to handle such a big table. Very unprofessional disregarding we were paying customers. Not sure if we would visit again with that kind of treatment. FYI, we still tipped more than what was expected.“

“Needed to leave a new review after their name change. The rolls here are great, some of the best I've had in DFW and we've been coming back fairly often for almost 10 years. The one factor is the service is often slow so don't go if you're in a hurry, but it depends on who's working that day as some of the waitresses are more attentive than others.

The Too much love, Rose garden, volcano rolls, moon roll and a couple others are always good. They have a 2-for-$30 deal where you get the miso soups, 2 appetizers &(almost) any 2 rolls for $30. To me that's a solid deal. The gyoza, fried calimari, edamame, and chicken egg rolls are all good options for appetizers, unlike many places they never overcook the calimari into rubber, its usually just right.

The ramen was ok but I've only tried it once, the sushi is definitely more their forte.“

“Combo fried rice. 5* - wife said it was some of thr best she'd had.
California Roll. 5* - kiddo devoured it.
Soft Tofu Soup (beef). 2* - lacked generally in flavor and spice. Lacked any depth.

Banchan (side dishes) are good and an added bonus.“

“I had some of your sushi for the first time this evening, and oh, my gosh, my only question is, "Where have you been all my life!?" Perfect size, perfect texture, perfect taste, and the best part is, you use short-grain Japanese rice (most restaurants I've visited don't), which made it all come together perfectly. “I had a small medical procedure today and a family member giifted us with dinner from Benihaha's in Las Colinas for my family and had it delivered! We enjoyed a family size order of combo chicken and steak with rice, veggies and salads! The food is amazing! Like always it came neatly packaged, still hot, and delicious! Thank you to my family member who gifted the food and thank you Benihana's Las Colinas for the great food! I don't like medical procedures much but this is a special treat afterwards.“
