First time guest at Yasashi Sushi Ramen Grill and it was better than I hoped for. My son and I love to try new Ramen shops and we have been to several in the DFW metroplex. This is has to be the best tonkotsu (pork ramen) we have had by far. The broth was flavorful and well balanced. The noodles had the perfect slurpablilty. Had some Ramen and Sushi. It was so good. The sushi is made to order, had the Yasashi Roll and the Texas Ranger Roll. Both were amazing!! All their speciality sushi are Dallas and Texas themed which is a nice touch as well. The service was friendly and responsive. They played classic rock music and had the games on the screen. Highly recommend.

Definitely a must stop by. The staff is friendly and informative. The vibe is chill, small and cozy. It's nestled in between a beauty supply and a thrift store, so it's a hidden gem sort of. The signature yasahi specialty roll was delicious and the sauce on the Louisiana roll was spicy and accented the crawfish well. Will need to go back to sample more rolls because the fish quality was very fresh and the inside of the restaurant is pretty clean and looks never inside than outside.
