Mom n pop with high end mix.Cozy size restaurant great for dining solo or with friends, with very nice decor. Their non-sushi food, like their bento box, are on the lighter side of taste but served with very good portions. Their sushi is superb! I had their lobster tower for the first time and it was instant addiction. I failed to take its picture but that will just give me an excuse to go back. I highly recommend!

I will say the sushi and tempura were fantastic. The tuna tataki was great and we had a Texas steak roll that was fun. The ramen, on the other hand was really disappointing. The noodles, egg, and “chasau” were so overcooked. The chasau was more like dry brisket and there were small bits of really fatty chasau. The tonkatsu broth was really lacking in flavor other than salt.

Absolute hidden gem. Bento boxes (especially the beef teriyaki and chicken teriyaki) and the chicken kathy rice bowl are really good. But the chicken fried rice, often taken for granted at some places, is incredible.

Love a surprisingly good sushi find. We got the spicy crunchy roll, yasashi roll, California roll, and salmon & avocado rolls. All were fantastic and super fresh. Service was attentive and prompt. Strip mall ambiance but with sushi, you're in and out so fast it doesn't matter. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is the edamame we got for an appetizer. It wasn't well-drained so a bit soggier than we'd like.

We did take out, they were extremely timely and accommodating of our request. I also loved how many riceless roll options they had!
The noodles in this store are unpalatable and the soup is very salty. I added a lot of hot water, and then there was fat meat and no lean meat.
