I've been to a pretty wide swath of ramen places in Japan, San Francisco, New York City, etc. Ninja Ramen in Arlington is a classic ramen joint with good options, solid quality, and very good value. It doesn't need to be niche or flashy to be great, and they don't sell themselves as that; they have great hours (new late-night hours too!), good food, nice atmosphere, and something for everyone. In addition, they have other izakaya favorites for appetizers, as well as good and reasonably-priced alcohol options (Sapporo draft!).I would definitely go here with friends to enjoy a solid meal and a good place to sit and hang out. IMO the flashy/trendy places are a dime a dozen, and it is so hard to find a reliable ramen joint like this these days anywhere. We will absolutely return, it's in a great location with decent enough parking and close to friends I like to visit.

This is our first time at ninja Ramen. Dan was the most amazing server. I asked Dan to show my husband how to order ramen, as he has never had it in a restaurant before. *hes white, so he’s only had maruchan* HOWEVER, upon tasting the food, being an unseasoned white man, he was shocked by the depth of flavor of the pork broth and fell in love with ninja ramen.. 10/10 will come again.

No cap this place is mid, the service isn’t the best either, we arrived party of 3 and they told us to wait for a table to open up, as we waited more people arrived with same amount of people and they started sitting them instead! I guess cause we looked young but that shouldn’t be a good reason to make us wait, while others get to sit down and order. After a 30 min wait we finally got seated. The waitress was nice but after getting our order they never checked up on us, not even once. Couldn’t even get a refill. And to be honest the food sucked, it tasted bland and like something you can buy frozen from a grocery store. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and we will not be returning
A great dinning experience every visit. I lived in Japan for over 5 years and the the food here comes closest to authentic Japanese cuisine of all the restaurants I've visited!Parking: Parking is usually readily available, but at peak hours it can be difficult to find a spot near the restaurant.

Delicious food! Small seating area but you can wait next door at the boba smoothie store and play games while you wait for a table during busy times. Love it! Milk tea is the best!

Never had this place but as soon as I walked in I greeted the person at the door as she didn’t seem enthused or cared to be there so I politely told her never mind due to her attitude as it “sucked” as I stated as I proceeded to leave. Was excited to try but she ruined as soon as I walked in.
High quality food that was delicious and great service.

The place is a bit small for the number of guests, however this is more a testament to the food and service provided
