We’ve used this location frequently and the experience depends heavily on what time of day you come in. Typically in the morning, they’re great and on their game.
The afternoon is a different story. They’re often far behind, on this visit I received my items 29 minutes past the estimated promise time. This Starbucks is notorious for neglecting doordash and uber eats delivery orders. Which is unfair because arguably those customers are actually paying a premium for their orders. But the one where i notice the most neglect is when Jose is working. Incredibly slow and inefficient. The order could be right there in his face and he will proceed to make 6 or 7 drinks instead of packing up an already made order. Seemed intentional and possibly unprofessional.
