Thank you to Nix and the team today for great service. I came in to get a redo on a medicine ball I had ordered for my sister because my local Grand Prairie Starbucks messed up the order. Couldn’t go back the original ordering place because I was on a time crunch. He was very polite and swiftly assisted me with no hesitation. Thank you for making my day. Will be back!

I ordered 2 venti pink drinks i went inside and waited about 10 mins i finally got my drinks but the guy didnt put any strawberries in neither of my drink I swear the pink drinks come with strawberries I will never come here again ill jus go to my local starbucks

No line on a Sunday Afternoon. Order was correct, the Baristas are extremely polite and courteous, and they had my Venti White Chocolate Mocha up in just a few minutes!
This particular location always seems to have problems with not honoring hours posted. Today always another example, stated on website and App closes at 9, but it’s 7:40 and they’ve got a closed temporally sign - AGAIN.

Came to grab coffee’s at 6:13, well within operation hours only to find that they’re NOT open. We said hello numerous times in the drive thru, with no luck we pulled up to the window. We weren’t greeted, but in fact ignored by a girl with a headset on, who could probably hear us in the drive thru. After waiting for another 45 seconds, she proceeded to ask if we were here for someone else’s order, after telling her no, we asked if they were open and she said no. Yet, you had someone else’s order made; makes absolutely NO SENSE! Won’t be wasting my money here again, and I’m sure this why every Starbucks asks for a tip now, for there wonderful or lack there of, customer service.

Enjoyed an afternoon chai latte and muffin with a friend after running errands all morning. Nice quiet, cozy place with several people engrossed in their laptops.Parking: Plenty of free wide open parking right at the door.Kid-friendliness: Not a place for noisy, active, little kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The space isn’t as tight as some other places, but people were accommodating

Starbucks just has a way of doing it all well. They tick all the boxes, and at this location, they absolutely have to! The location/drive thru layout is awkward, lines can format in three different directions, so patience is a must. Service and Food, never disappoint!
The sign on the door says you can have your coffee your way. That’s a lie. They never have lots of drinks in stock and won’t let you get the size you want in some drinks.
