“The customer service here was SO GOOD!!! I went to a different Starbucks today for the new matcha loaf, but they were out so I just got my coffee & then headed to the Villa Maria Starbucks for the loaf (I know- big back of me). Once I got to the villa maria store, I realized my coffee hadn't been made right at the other location, so I asked them if I could just have a side of cold foam to add in myself, and this location said they'd instead completely remake the drink for free, even though the mistake hadn't been their fault. I was so blown away by this! They were genuinely so happy to do it despite me not even asking them to, and the drink was amazing! I mean look at the photo! 🤍“

“This is my favorite starbucks to go to literally will go out of my way for this location! Im always greeted with the warmest smile and the team lead grant is amazing he shows the true definition of hospitality and makes the best matcha <3 highly recommend this location“

“I went to Kroger Friday morning and I pre-ordered my drinks. Of course the app alerted me when they were started and it was accurate. I went to go grab some salad and yogurt, when I returned to the counter, the drinks were ready. The baristas were sweet and they smiled because they recognized me and had everything prepared exactly how I normally get it. Although this is a Starbucks inside of a Kroger, the baristas are some of the kindest, hardest working people I know. I stopped coming for about six months due to some personal issues and when I returned, they remembered me and my drink! I will always come back to the Starbucks.“
