“Jared was so kind and patient. 🙏 I had no idea what type of coffee I wanted and he offered me some great options. Ended up getting a tall cafe americano with oat milk. At the window, Raven greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly & pleasant. Loved this location on Sawdust.“

“Wow. Was just chilling and I get greeted and asked if everything is going well. JAZZ was very friendly and offered a refill on my coffee. I think she needs a RAISE! Not sure why other locations dont share this type of service. Will be back for sure!“

“Great location that is SEVERELY understaffed. The people working are trying their best, but this location is in the heart of City Place. Corporate offices are hustling at 8AM and they need more them 2 people during rush hour. I waited 30 minutes for a coffee which was less than desirable. Management needs to step in and provide some relief to this team.“

“I come here regularly and the service is consistently fast and accurate, even during the busiest times. I’m usually a drive thru customer, and no matter how long the line is, the team keeps it moving without ever seeming rushed or short with anyone. The baristas are all so friendly and they get my order right every time. Really grateful this location is nearby!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks. The whole staff is kind --even after a couple of weeks of not showing up they still remember my name and my son (not sure if they put notes or they are extremely awesome) but I am floored. I get nitro brew here all the time and it's by far the best here. The baristas are amazing! 10 stars if I could!“

“God sent me here to this particular location earlier today for a cup of coffee, a strong WIFI signal, and to complete some morning work on my computer.

While I fully understand and acknowledge companies have policies and protocols in place for a reason, I firmly believe that having a soul, showing love through heartfelt actions, and putting people over profits is vastly more important than corporate instituted guidelines.

With that said, I am NOT leaving this review for the five (5) star experience I received here today, but instead for the beautiful situation that occurred once I left this establishment with my new buddy, Neil.

Even though Neil is struggling in life, doesn't have any money, and isn't close to his mom or brother at the moment, he is still a human being. He was created in God's image, he has a heart and a soul.

I am happy to say that Neil was blessed by God today. This man was able to get his coffee, an amazing country breakfast from a local diner down the street, and a clean sweatshirt to keep him warm during these chilly February nights.

I expect better from those that have so much, and so does our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ...

“I stop by this Starbucks almost every time I’m heading north on Highway 45. It become my go-to spot for a latte! The store is always clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. The coffee is consistently fresh, rich, and flavorful. Always a great experience here—definitely 5 stars!“

“This Starbucks is a well-oiled machine! I've never been asked if I would like a mug instead of a cup when sitting in, that alone was NICE! and then she brought it over and let me know about refills which I never knew. THEN, as I'm working away on my laptop, I pause, take a sip of my coffee and look around. I notice these 6 girls behind the bar working FAST. They were laughing and having fun, but moving quickly and focused... and with smiles! It's also the middle of summer and the AC was FRIGID (sooo good). “We visited the location on 2920, right off of 45. My husband ordered the new Horchata frappuccino yesterday. He loved it! I took a sip and it was very yummy. It is sweet so be prepared. I got my usual, a triple venti latte. It was perfect. The barista drew the cutest happy face on my cup. Service is always great here.“

“Yall have not let me down on the “light ice” request. I order a simple iced espresso with oat milk and 2 pumps of brown sugar. The location on louetta be mad i ask for light ice they stack it to the rim…. They’re more convenient for me but ima stick to this spot. The employees here are awesome!“
