“I visited Starbucks on my birthday and placed an order during the night shift. The barista working at that time was incredibly kind and friendly. I asked her to surprise me with a drink of her choice for my birthday, and she absolutely nailed it! The drink was perfect, and I was really satisfied with it.

“I am at this Starbucks so often that I should probably list them as dependents on my taxes. I visit this crew at least twice a day, every day, and they have successfully kept me caffeinated and alive for months.
To the morning crew whose names I don't fully know because my brain doesn't function before 8 AM: You all are unsung heroes. Thank you for tolerating my groggy silence and hitting me with the morning jokes and pleasant smiles that slowly reboot my central nervous system.
The afternoon and evening crew is always joyful, spot-on, and matching my chaotic energy. My daily summer ritual is an Iced Caramel Latte of some sort and water in my personal cup. If I dare to forget my cup, this team will ruthlessly (and rightfully) tease me while handing over an ice cold Trenta water that is basically the size of a small swimming pool.
When the drive-thru line is long, I sprint (I'm lying, I haven't ran in 15 years) inside for my mobile order and get to witness the absolute greatness and teamwork of the rest of the squad.
Huge shoutouts to Mercedes, Emma, Cece, Audrey, Dhee, Axel, Andrea, and Genie! I know I'm missing a couple. Charge it to my head, not my heart.
10/10 customer service. 10/10 drinks. I’d give them 6 stars if Goggle would let me.“

“I order my triple shot almost daily. I go to a different location close to my work, drinks are always super inconsistent in how the shots are brewed and the amount of cream etc etc. (it’s a heckin simple drink)

Now this location? Perfect every time. Doesn’t matter if it’s a triple or quad it’s always perfect.

“This Starbucks, in a busy full-on urban neighborhood, really does it right. The store works as a giant team, overseen by a hands-on manager who makes sure her staff are attentive to customer orders and needs. I’ve come here a hundred times at least over the last couple of years. The cafe and drive through are often packed on weekday mornings and has a real coffee house vibe. The afternoons are quiet and easy going. Weekends up and down busy. Through it all this staff is courteous, engaged, and hustling to make it all work. Cheers to this great Starbucks location.“

“Starbucks has a policy that if one location makes a drink improperly that you can go to amy location and get it remade. Sometimes I am in such a hurry (or late) that I don't even taste my drinks before I am on the freeway - much too late to go back to the original location. I don't usually take it to another location because it is a bit of an awkward exchange. But throwing away a full drink that you paid for is not a good feeling. Today this scenario happened and I decided to use the Starbucks policy. I went to this location and explained to them the mixup and they promptly started remaking my drink. No bad attitude, not acting like they were being given undo work, just deciding to do the right thing. It makes such a difference when a barista does something like this. The drink they remade was perfect! I appreciate the awesome baristas at this location and hope to visit here again in the future.“
