“The baristas at this Starbucks are very patient even when I’m being indecisive or unclear.unlike other locations, their dairy free options are always available, which is nice.Drive thur moves along quickly also. Mobile orders are always ready when the app states so.“
“It was surprising to find a full Starbucks in a Macy's but it did not disappoint! The drinks were some of the best Starbucks I've had. The staff were personable and friendly. The service was a little slow compared to other locations, but that's probably due to how busy they were (there were about 6-8 people getting drinks at a time).
I will make it apart of my First Colony Mall stops!“
“I had a bagel and cream cheese and a large Americano coffee. It was just okay. Nothing impressive. Service was good. Counter person brought out my order when it was ready. Nice gesture. Outside was windy but it was good. Drive thru stays busy! Clean store and restrooms.“

“I had an outstanding experience at the Starbucks inside the Kroger on University Blvd, entirely thanks to Sidney. Her customer service is truly exceptional. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, but she also works with impressive speed and efficiency. It is rare to encounter someone with such a high level of expertise and dedication to their craft. She is a phenomenal asset to this location.“

“i had an ap statistics tutoring there and the ambeince was perfect so i can concentrate and lock in. after, i got a falafel pocket, brownie, and caramel frappucinno. normally, my frappes would have less caramel than i expected, but they pumped it up so much that i felt happiness i never felt before. thank you to whoever put that much caramel in my frappe!“
“Starbucks is a reliable spot for coffee and a quick place to relax or study. The drinks are consistently good, the staff is usually friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It can get busy, but overall it’s a great place to grab a drink and spend some time.“
“I was here for the rodeo and stopped at this Starbucks 2-3 times. Each time I was greeted with smiling faces, energy AND every single cup had a fun message on it. Unfortunately I didn’t take a pic of each message but the he little extra really made me smile and I wish more coffee shops had the calming fun energy this one did“
